WELCOME

Welcome and thank you for your interest on our up and coming event called MFest! As many of you know, there has not been any event for the BMW M community.  This is one of the reasons why we decided to start MFest.  This has grown to be the most sought after event in the BMW community today.

 

As some of you participated and witnessed at this year’s MFest (March 7-9 2008), it was the birth of something new and exciting for the BMW and other high-end Euro communities. During this first event, we had over 150 cars consisting of 95% BMW M cars, which ranged from older to the newest generation, as well as other high end European cars. And due to the overwhelming response, we’ve decided to hold it again this Labor Day weekend (August 29-31, 2008).

 

At MFest our motto is, "Redefining the enthusiast and the community through camaraderie."  We thrive to bring the community together and always bring something new to the table for the participants and sponsors, and what better way to do this than in sunny Las Vegas, NV! 

 

MFest encompasses a three day non-stop action and excitement event for its participants, vendors and sponsors.  There will be a go-kart shoot out hosted by sponsors allowing major exposure to fellow enthusiasts. A show and shine car competition which allows sponsors to come out and show off their products. And various night time activities for more “stage time” for sponsors.  Our ultimate goal is to create a more relaxing environment were the participants and sponsors can have time to connect, be able to hear both sides and be able to grow together. We would like to make this event as special as possible to keep you anxious for the next.

At this time we would like to open the doors to other non-M BMW brothers (and sisters) that missed the previous event. We currently have over 200 vehicles already registered to attend, and we still have three more months until the next MFest! We are projecting more than 400 cars this time around!

We would like to invite you to come out and experience first hand what MFest is all about. Come have fun with us and support our fast growing community of “ENTHUSIASTS".

 

 

HISTORY

Karl Rapp and Gustav Otto must be smiling from the heavens above.  In the hundreds, Bavarian beasts of different shapes and sizes swarmed around the local Starbucks in Barstow, CA and eagerly waited to roll out to paint Las Vegas red.  March 7, 2008 was the date when the very first MFest commenced.

It all started out as a spontaneous idea, from enthusiasts like you, before 2008 crawled in.  A 30-some group of M-inspired car fanatics gathered several times for years to get away from the hustle of Southern California to enjoy Las Vegas with the ones they love most - their cars.  Laidback and the guys wanted to share this brand of fun with every single car nut on the face of the earth by "redefining the enthusiast and the community through camaraderie."  That camaraderie that emerged from this event has grown since then.  To keep the strong connection amongst all of us, this web based network is born! 

 

Let the "insane" times roll and watch out for fresh updates as we always strive to bring something new to the table, a vast pool of knowledge and friendship and, of course, the spawning of our annual festivity - MFest! 

It’ll be bigger, better, and with a lineup of activities entirely different from the previous.
